Coach Updates

Coaches, we have begun sign ups for the spring 06 season. Please contact all your players from last year to remind them to sign up.
COACHES Meeting THURSDAY FEBRUARY 2, 2006 at Western Heights Baptist Church (corner of Gilbert and Pawnee) from 6:30-7:30. All Coaches and Board Members need to attend, parents are welcome to attend also.
We now have a U5 program. Be sure and tell the parents on your team so they can get younger siblings signed up. More Info
Teams can start practicing on or after February 19, 2006 First Games are March 4, 2006

Age Division Birthdays Check the birthdays for Age Division Eligibility.

Green Book Green Books (GCSA By-Laws and Standing Rules) are no longer printed by GCSA. They are only available online.

Volunteer Disclosure Form Must be turned in to receive roster, I have to get them all to GCSA.

Field marking Schedule ALL COACHES MUST mark the fields when its your turn. Field Marking Paint can be picked up at Ace Hardware and Field Marking Chalk can be picked up at TH Rogers. If you need a key to the concession stand - storage building contact Jason 760-7303.

Uniforms: Our classic Cleveland uniform can be ordered from Lake Country Sporting Goods located at 31 W 41st ST in Prattville. Phone 918-245-2104
Alternate uniforms (tournament uniforms) can be ordered through other vendors. Special pricing is available for our Club. Contact Jason Windholz for more info.

Trophies: U5 through U8 players receive small trophies from GCSA. Many teams order their own trophies and awards for the kids. I have used Sand Springs Trophy and Awards Co. at 212 N Lincoln. Phone 918-245-2517.

End of Season Parties: You can reserve the front party room at Mazzio's. Pizza discount on 10 or more pizzas. Call the manager at 358-3583 for details and to reserve room. Call in advance, the room books up fast!

Team Rules This is a handout I put together to give the parents at the initial team meeting. You can edit it in MS Word.

Soccer Coach Manual I downloaded this off the internet in 2004, it has a lot of helpful info in it but it was not put out by GCSA or OSA. I just put it here for informational purposes. (large PDF file)
